Return Policy-Terms and Conditions

We make every effort to provide a pleasant and hassle free shopping experience for our customers. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it may contain information regarding your order. We’ve tried to keep our return process simple and easy to understand. If you need more information give us a call regarding your order. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Returns: Returns are accepted on the majority of our products if made within 30 days of purchase. The return items must be unopened and have the original packaging intact. A $10 restocking fee applies. Certain products such as, pet beds, pet bowls, and pet stairs cannot be returned for any reason.
Personalized or Made to Order Items:  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized or made to order items because they cannot be restocked or resold. Once an order for these items is placed, it is impossible for us to stop production.

Allergy information: Our treats and shampoos may contain ingredients that your pet is allergic to. ThePetCrib.com, assumes no liability in the event that your pet has an allergic reaction to a product purchased from ThePetCrib.com, It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products ingredients and or veterinarian prior to purchase. Treats and shampoos cannot be returned.


Return Authorizations: If your product qualifies for a return, call or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to include your name, order id and billing address. Items returned without an RMA will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds: If the returned product qualifies, and we receive it within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the credit card used during the purchase. Please keep in mind that the refund amount will be 100% of the purchase price minus shipping charges and restocking fees.

Exchanges: If your product qualifies for a return, it probably qualifies for an exchange as well. If you’d like to exchange your product we’d be happy to do so for a product of greater or equal value within 30 days of your order. This does not include personalized or made to order items, just to be clear.
